Compensation & Incentives
$48-$52/hour
Start with a guaranteed base rate of $48-$52/hour. You will also have the opportunity to earn 33% of your net production when it exceeds your guaranteed hourly compensation — with the difference paid as a production true-up.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
Maintain accurate patient records, medical history and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program
Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Local Anesthesia certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
